What kind of books do you sell?
MoodyChaptersCo. specializes in pre-loved books looking for their next chapter. Our inventory spans multiple genres — from cozy reads to hidden gems — all individually inspected and honestly graded.
What does "pre-loved" mean?
Pre-loved books have been previously owned and may show gentle signs of a life well-read. Every book is inspected, photographed, and graded so you know exactly what you're getting before you buy.
💜 Book Condition Guide
✨ Like New
Appears unread with little to no visible wear. May have very minor shelf wear.
💜 Very Good
Light signs of use. Minor edge or spine wear, no major flaws.
📖 Good
Gently used with visible wear. May include small creases, light marks, or faint writing. Fully readable.
📚 Fair
Noticeable wear. May include writing, bent pages, or spine wear. Complete and readable.
📦 Acceptable
Heavily used. May include writing, highlighting, stickers, or cosmetic damage. All pages present and readable.
⚠️ As these are pre-loved books, minor imperfections may be present even in higher grades. We photograph and describe all noticeable flaws as accurately as possible.

When will my order ship?
We are a small, independently run shop and process orders with care. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows will be displayed during checkout.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, we ship within the US only. International shipping may be available in the future — follow us on social media for updates!
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of secondhand books, all sales are final. We encourage you to review condition photos and notes carefully before purchasing.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, missing, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll do our best to make it right.
What if my package is lost in transit?
If your tracking shows no movement or your package appears lost, reach out to us and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
